Our PE Philosophy
Two educators helping people find a love for movement, health & wellness.

Everybody deserves an opportunity to have a healthy childhood and physical education plays a key role in that. The notion that PE is a domain for the naturally athletic is a dangerous and antiquated idea. We believe that our role is to help all students find joy in being active and healthy, regardless of their ability. By creating positive associations with movement, developing skills that transfer to a range of activities and focusing on concepts like grit, health, teamwork and critical thinking, our aim is help students develop into lifelong movers who take responsibility for their own wellbeing because they genuinely want to. If you don't love it, you won't live it.
